Collected my 2 cases fine and on time. When they checked the bags in they charged me £132 overweight. I was not over weight, but in fact 5lg under. I spent an hour at Luton airport sitting this out....

Really sorry that discrepancies with excess baggage impacted your travel experience.At Airportr we simply handover your luggage to the airline check-in staff , where your bags are weighed and bag tags are applied, before loading onto your flight. If the airline charge any baggage fees, we'll pay on your behalf to complete check-in and the fee is then passed on to you.As soon as an error is identified and confirmed by the airline, a full refund is processed straight away.
