Pick up was perfect - my business luggage came off last !!

Ensure priority business luggage is placed in correct position and not so it’s comes off last - night before pickup should not impact this !!!!!

Hi There - Thanks for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear your bags were delayed. However, we've checked our records and can confirm that your bags were successfully checked-in with BA several hours before your flight departure. The delay was therefore on the BA side, and in no way linked to your use of AirPortr. Unfortunately, airline baggage delays do happen on occasion, and it sounds like you've been unlucky!
