We went to Viterbo, followed by a trip round Lake Bolsena. We really enjoyed the trip which was helped hugely by our guide (Vera?). She was interesting, knowledgeable and engaging.

The best shore experience in 14 cruises! Tour of the Pyramids was very good. Lunch on the Nile excellent buffet. Best meal on a shore experience.

Minibus driver gave an excellent commentary on the drive round the Rock. Had to wait for another party to arrive at the wine tasting. Very nice venue but only the red Tempranillo wine to my taste!

Did not see much of Tunis. Just one stop for photos. The drive round Carthage was disappointng in that very little could be seen of the sights from the coach. The date and honey snacks were tasty.

Great tour. Only problem is trying to follow, and hear, your guide when moving through the crowds. A 'whisper' earpiece would have been of great benefit.

Should have been spectacular, Acropolis visit ruined by the crowds (and the weather). The only photos I got were of umbrellas! Museum was excellent.

Never been before so this was a great visit with an excellent guide who managed to avoid the worst of the crowds. Skipped the semi-compulsory carpet weaving/shopping stop at the end of the tour.
