We mixed the exact paint you ordered and posted it to you. Unfortunately, all our paints are custom mixed to order and therefore exempt from return or refund.
We mixed your paint to the specific formulation based upon your vehicles paint code.
Due to the vast range of paints available we cannot hold individual paint colours in stock.

Thank you for the feedback, you placed an order with us on the 1st of July. We didn't take money from your account - you paid us through Paypal for some paint - because that is how a transaction works. We mixed the paint and dispatched your paint on the 5th and I can see from the tracking it arrived on the 6th, the service unfortunately is not free.
We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.
