Plumbs takes pride in the service we have to offer, and we can only apologise for the issues that you have experienced. Your first initial communication, with regards to the complaint was with the Accounts Team and unfortunately they are not technically trained n styles and make-ups. However, I can confirm that the Accounts Team, address this with the Customer Service Team, which is evidently clear that your complaint is ongoing and being handled by the relevant Team.
Pleased with the quality of reupholstered sofa but length of time waiting for sofa to be collected and returned was disappointing. Had to chase up the original collection several times.

Unfortunately, we do not offer wood restoration work, and only a touch up service which does not involve any respray of polish, to remove scratches and general wear.
