Let down by poor product and returns service
Ordering and delivery adequate. Returns - awful. And charging £5 return insulting when the goods were substandard.

We're sorry to read this feedback. The £5 is a reduced courier price that customers can choose, or customers can return via any method they wish, though we recommend a traceable service. Returning an armoured shirt through the Post Office for instance is expensive.
