How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Perfect

The service and postal was brilliant, thankyou. The range of clothes are not just for the young, but for over 50s like myself, really good sizing specially for someone who is 5ft 1 like myself.

Waste of money!!!

Returns policy is non existent! Online process just won't recognise my details, tried to email but email address doesn't exist, chats just keep asking same questions! Don't buy from this company!

We’re very sorry to hear you’ve had such difficulty with our returns process and contacting us. We understand how frustrating it must be to receive no resolution after trying multiple ways to get help. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
