How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We’re sorry to hear that. While we’re glad your order arrived on time, we’re disappointed that the material didn’t meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to our team.

Hit and Miss.

The service is good but the sizing on jeans is a little hit and miss. Some fit perfect, some too big and some too small. Quality varies.
