I am sorry you couldnt get the notifications - we have a very helpful Customer Care team who can assist with all set-up questions for the messaging and notifications. If you would like to call us we can help you to do this. 01799 550979. Medications do all come in a large number of shapes and sizes and sometimes it is necessary to use trial and error to check which will fit best. We recommend that you speak to your Pharmacist to ask if there is a better shape for the dispenser. I'm sorry to hear that the User did not like waiting for the medication alarm. Sometimes a little training is needed to ensure the User is confident using the device. If we can support you with this, please call us.
