Left in the dark
They managed to make the booking with campsite ok. However, I had to phone the campsite directly to find out if they were expecting me as I received no emails from pitchup to confirm the booking or...

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that you have experienced issues receiving a confirmation email for your booking. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Given their importance, we do track all confirmation emails and did receive a ""delivered"" receipt from your email system when we sent the original confirmation. We resent the confirmation for you, which also received a delivery receipt. This means the emails have definitely reached your email system, so we recommend checking your spam folder or contacting your email provider so they can investigate where it has gone astray. A member of our team has sent you an email and provided a screenshot to confirm that your confirmation email was successfully received by your system. We have discussed with you that you have since received a confirmation. Service is good site is easy to use booked 4 camp sites for travelling throughout 🇫🇷 not set off yet but everything looks good so we'll see. I'll put more on after the trip.
