Hi Kamil, I know your previous orders from the UK to Belgium were delivered promptly.  We sent multiple messages to the courier after they failed to deliver this order, my apologies. Michael

yep, that is even more disappointing as the unreliable delivery service was unable to deliver to the same address it had previously... Plus there was no communication for weeks on your part before I chased the whole thing up with the courier. Not recommended.

Hi, I see from the notes that the courier did contact you but you change your mind and no longer wanted the item so it was then returned to the UK, which is a shame. We now understand Belgium couriers and have updated our customer services area to handle orders to Belgium better in future.  kind regards Michael
