We conduct credit and affordability checks for every application we receive. If a previous customer applies for an amount that they cannot afford to repay, we won't lend to them. As a responsible lender, even if you have previously paid back early we can’t guarantee that a new application will be successful.
There are many other checks we perform on every application that may have caused us to decline you application.

HI,
Unfortunately I have called and did not get any answers or anything further, what I do find strange is I actually wanted to borrow a smaller amount than the last time a lot smaller actually and it was declined so if I was successful with the larger amount and not the smaller amount it does not make sense with the affordability,
