Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the earrings were not as expected but unfortunately we are unable to accept earrings back, unless faulty/damaged, due to hygiene reasons. We understand that the free gift may not be to everyone's taste and hopefully one of our future offers will be more suitable.
