Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We do however feel that this is unfair as we pride ourselves on our outstanding Customer Service. A confirmation and a dispatch email had been sent to the email address you provided at the point of order. We also replied to your email in less than 24 hours detailing where your frame had been left by the courier. Although you have said that this review has been directed at the delivery company it does affect our feedback.
