Despite the mishap with recieiving the wrong frames, Photoframes&art were actually a breeze to deal with to sort this matter out. They were easy to call - no frustrating auto messages - I got straight through to Eliza who was apologetic and had the right frames immediately ordered and I received them exactly 2 days after my phone call. So great customer service. Keep it up! And thank you for addressing my previous feedback.
