Hello, I am so sorry to hear that your experience as not been as we hoped. The delivery took a little longer than normal as we were closed over the Christmas peiod and we did not start to dispatch orders until our return on the 4th January. This information was provided on the website and your confirmation email. I have checked and can confirm that we have not received any message from you regarding the breakage, could I check that you are sending it to us at sales@photoframesandart.com?
