Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your most recent frame. I can see that both of your orders were for our Oxford frames. However, the Oxford moulding has never been made from real wood, it has always been made from Polcore. As there has been no change to the material, I'm wondering if you were originally sent the incorrect frames. Please could you send us a photo of the frames from your first order to sales@photoframesandart.com so we can check that they are definitely our Oxford frames? The PF+A team x
