Great service but disappointed with the quality of product

Excellent service, fast delivery and well wrapped items. However I was a little disappointed with the quality fo the frames. I thought I was ordering a wooden frame but instead it was just a plastic...

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We're really pleased that you were happy with our service, but we are sorry to hear that the frames weren't as you expected. I can confirm that our Oxford frames are made from Polcore which is a recycled Polystyrene material commonly used in framing as an alternative to wood. If you are looking for wooden frames in the future, then our Winchester frames would be perfect :) The PF+A team x
