The Online Doctor service is a private service, so charges will apply for the cost of the consultation, medication & delivery. You will likely find that obtaining medication from your NHS GP is cheaper as a standard £9 prescription charge is applied. Upon checking your account, it’s clear that the delivery was delayed with Royal Mail as it took 6 days for the delivery from the point of dispatch, we would expect your delivery to be completed within 2-3 days.
