Regrettably, once an order has been placed we aren't able to amend the items I'm afraid, I do sincerely apologise for the disappointing news and any inconvenience this causes. We have been in touch directly to discuss this with you in more detail and have offered to collect the incorrect bag for a full refund. Unfortunately, the alternatives will need to be purchased on a separate order as we are an able to offer exchanges on the website.
