Hello, While we are pleased that your cat enjoyed your complimentary bag MORE Support, we are saddened to hear that you were disappointed. We’d like to reassure you that this food is formulated to meet FEDIAF guidelines; containing 26% Fresh Chicken and 25% Chicken Meal as well as chicken fat. While this may seem lower in protein than other brands, MORE will never use ambiguous terms (like ‘dried poultry protein’) and the protein used by MORE is highly digestible and very gentle on tummies. They are completely transparent with all of their ingredients used, so you know that the recipe will be the same every time and meet that high standard we expect from our all our brands. I hope this reassures you and we sincerely thank you for giving MORE a go.

Good morning, thank you for your review. We are disappointed to hear that your cat did not enjoy their complimentary bag of MORE. Occasionally, cats can be a little particular with their food and we find popping it in the microwave for a few seconds or adding some warm water to the biscuits releases the smell of the natural oils in the food, which helps to entice cats into eating. Nevertheless, we thank you for giving it a go and hope you will donate any remaining food to a friend or your local animal shelter.
