Hi Maricel, thank you for your review. We are saddened the hear that your cat did not enjoy their complimentary tray of McAdams. We often like to treat our valued customers to such items, as they may find an unexpected product that both they and their companions enjoy, however, we appreciate that it’s not for everyone; thank you so much for giving it a try.
Ordering online is so easy and very useful if you are short of time. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and let you know when your order is ready for collection.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your reviews. We deeply apologise that you feel we didn't want to know when you reported your order arriving damaged, this certainly was not our intention at all. We don’t expect any of our customers to feel dismissed in this way and we are so sorry if this was the case.
Your complaint was raised over the phone where we asked for a few pictures of the damaged trays to be emailed across so we could arrange free-of-charge replacements to be dispatched out to you. We understand that when the pictures were initially sent through to us this email bounced back to you due to the size of the image files, meaning that it didn’t reach us for the replacements to be raised. We can see that you were back in contact with us via email and a member of our customer service team was in contact within 2 hours as these pictures still hadn’t come through. As we hadn’t heard from you for a couple of days, we also followed up to make sure we could get these to you as quickly as possible.
A full refund for these trays has been issued at your request and we do sincerely apologise again for any inconvenience and disappointment this caused.

We are so sorry that your wet trays arrived damaged and that it came across as if we intended to do nothing to resolve this. We wish to reassure you that this certainly wasn't our intention in any way.
During our phone conversation, we asked for a few pictures of the damaged trays to be emailed across so we could arrange free-of-charge replacements to be dispatched to you.
