The agent was not responsive to email or phone conversations concerning the letting. details This only changed when their supervisor was engaged on the matter.

Dear Mr Thompson, I'm sorry you feel that way. I have looked into the appointment I believe you are referring to and it appears there may have been a misunderstanding on timings. I would like to believe we wouldn't have accused you of anything and our representative would have attended at the time he believed the appointment to be, but if this wasn't the time you had previously booked in ,then we apologise.
