Took a long time to get my order , complained then after a few days received it - no apology, they were not interested

I am really sorry to see there was a delay with your order.
Unfortunately due to the item becoming out of stock we had to put your order on hold until a delivery was recieved. We do really apologise for any delay caused.
I can see your order has now been delivered. However we will pass this feedback on to our warehouse team so they can look into ways on improving stock levels. We do apologise.
