I am really sorry to hear you feel this way regarding our service.
I have looked into this further on your account and can see the order was dispatched and delivered within the correct 24 hour period. As the item was failed to be collected by the customer for 6 days this is what caused the order to be unusable. Unfortunately this is due to the parcel not being collected rather than our companies delivery.
I do apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for all your custom.
