Your order was amended and dispatched on the 28/11/2022 and was delivered on the 29/11/2022 via DPD upgrade.
I have checked the refund for you and it shows as being processed successfully on the 28/11/2022 and would have taken 1-5 working days to show back in your account, meaning the refund would be back with you. Please check your bank statement.
