I am sorry for this. By means of an explanation and to give you reassurance. The item you ordered in not a medicines so it gets picked by one member of staff and signed by another. For medicines we have a third check from a vet who approves the despatch. This ensures a very high level of accuracy. I know my team corrected this immediately but we got it wrong.
