I was sorry to see your rating and am as frustrated as you that the parcel sent was not successfully delivered. Royal Mail should leave a calling card advising you that they are unable to deliver but have sent the parcel back saying that item was "not collected". The team have emailed you asking where you would like the package resent too. If you can let us know we will resend. Simon (head of pet drugs online)
