They sent the wrong product and after numerous phone calls and an email, I still failed to receive the product I ordered. I gave up in the end and went else where!!!!! Received a very snotty email...

It was lovely to talk on the phone. Thank you for taking the time. As I outlined I can see that you reported receiving the wrong item on the 24.11 and that we sent you a new package and by separate cover an SAE to return the original order. Neither were received by you. As opposed to send you a third package we decided it best to return your money which we did. The experience you have received in not in line with the 3000+ customers who have outlined our service as excellent and I genuinely have no idea where the package went. I wish, like you, we did.
