so far so good
I just bought my policy and haven't spoken with anyone, but it was certainly easier. Also more affordable and seems to have better coverage than PSA.

Much easier to sign up than I expected and I printed it all out as well.
I was able to get immediate help from a live chat with Natasha so it was much easier than I expected.

Haven't had to use it, hoping I never do but the online sign up was very simple. When I called customer service, very nice and helpful explaining plans.
