Thank you for your feedback. We would usually suggest snap traps for mice instead of rats as its difficult to trap rats with any trap but this Black Cat is very effective. It sounds like you have done everything correctly and we're glad to hear it has been helping with your infestation.

Thank you for your feedback. These are very helpful with eliminating odour. You should only need to use one for a room. Was the odour bag placed near a window? These odour bags need to be near an area where there is air flow.

I am terribly sorry to hear this is happening. Wasps can be such a pain! This product is generally very good, was the whole air brick covered in the powder? The wasps will land on the air brick before entering the nest, which means they will carry the powder inside the nest. Is there also anywhere you can place the powder in the kitchen, on the floor boards, even under the floor boards? Please feel free to give us a ring and we can give you some advice. Thank you for your lovely feedback! We agree these are a great addition, even without moths, it'll protect your clothes when storing for the summer or winter months and will definitely keep those moths from eating your woolies!
