Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. All items are sent 1st Class Royal Mail which are usually received within 1-2 days from despatch. We have to allow 10 working days for your order to be delivered. However if it has still not reached you after this time we will issue a replacement.
