Your order was sent direct from the manufacturer, they advised this was due to be delivered on the 18th July and when we chased them for an ETA we were then advised that the delivery was actually due on the 19th July. We do apologise for this delay and the inconvenience caused, if we had been made aware of this we would have notified you straight away. We have passed the feedback onto the manufacturers and hope this doesn’t occur again.
