Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience with your delivery. Your order was sent direct from the manufacturer, they advised this was due to be delivered on the 18th July and when we chased them for an ETA we were then advised that the delivery was actually due on the 19th July. We do apologise for this delay and the inconvenience caused, if we had been made aware of this we would have notified you straight away. We have passed the feedback onto the manufacturers and hope this doesn’t occur again.
