How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Diabolical - would never use them again and would advise anyone to avoid!

Keep in touch with client, do not take the money and disappear off the radar. If you are senior staff it should not be the juniors who are setting the standard, senior staff need to respond to at one...
