We apologise for the delay in receiving your order. We understand your frustration, and we are committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible. Upon investigation, we found that the parcel was indeed dispatched on 12th August 2024, and is currently being tracked as "We're expecting it" by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, it seems the parcel may be lost within their system. We have reviewed our records and found no record of any follow-up correspondence from you regarding the whereabouts of your order.
