Thank you for reaching out to us. This product is a water based product. It is completely safe, non-flammable, non-toxic, non-irritating and environmentally friendly. If too much Hi-Float is used on latex balloons, it will cause flotation issues. We recommend using balloons 11" and bigger and carefully reading the instructions before use.
