All cylinders are pressure checked, before being dispatched. We're glad the second one helped save the day, but we'd be happy to offer a refund or replacement for the empty canister. Thank you for your feedback. We understand how disappointing it can be when balloons don’t float as long as expected. Our disposable helium cylinders are designed to fill up to 50 standard 9" latex balloons. Please note that latex balloons typically float for 6–8 hours without any special treatment. Factors such as balloon quality, temperature, humidity, and inflation technique can also affect float time. To extend float time, we recommend inflating balloons 1–2 hours before your event and considering a product like Hi-Float, which helps seal helium inside latex balloons.
