We are sorry you are disappointed with this item.The item should fill:- 30 x 9” Latex Balloons or;- 16 x 11” Latex Balloons or;- 12 x 12” Latex Balloons or;- 14 x 18” Foil Balloons Due to inflating latex balloons, they can be stretched well over their stated size. The only way to achieve the correct amount from the cylinder, is to measure the balloons, as you inflate them. We recommend placing 2 chairs back to back, measuring 9" and once the balloon touches the chairs, you've achieve the correct size.
