Thank you for leaving your comments. All our helium cylinders are pressure-checked before dispatch to ensure they are full. Once dispatched, the aluminium containers are extremely robust and highly unlikely to leak. Please note that each cylinder is filled with a fixed volume of helium. The number of balloons it can inflate depends on the size and shape of the balloons used. Larger balloons require more helium, so fewer can be inflated from one cylinder. Helium usage is calculated by volume (cubic capacity), rather than by balloon size in inches, which can sometimes make it difficult to estimate exact quantities required. Kind regards, Clare

All our cylinders are pressure-checked before leaving our warehouse, so it’s very unusual for one not to inflate the stated number of balloons. For reference, a small helium cylinder typically inflates approximately: 30 x 9” latex balloons, or 16 x 11” latex balloons, or 12 x 12” latex balloons, or 14 x 18” foil balloons, or 2–3 large letter or number balloons. As this order only included the helium cylinder, we’re unsure which balloons were used. If possible, could you please send us some photos of the balloons in question? All cylinders are pressure checked before being dispatched from our warehouse, due to this it’s very unusual for a cylinder not to inflate the stated number of balloons. A single small Helium Cylinders inflates approximately: - 30 x 9” Latex Balloons or; - 16 x 11” Latex Balloons or; - 12 x 12” Latex Balloons or; - 14 x 18” Foil Balloons or; - 2-3 large letter or number balloons. Do you have any pictures of the balloons you can send through? This order only contained helium, so we are unsure of the balloons used. Kind Regards Clare

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you are disappointed with the flotation, however we do advise latex balloons float for 6-8 hours. This information is on the website and the helium box. We also recommend to inflate the balloons 1-2 hours before the event. The balloons will float for long, if you use a product called Float Magic, with the Helium. Kind Regards Clare
