The house was great and the listing was very accurate. However, looks like we paid far more than what the property is listed at on other sites. Party Houses communication wasn’t great either.

We contractually make sure that its not possible to have cheaper rates, so I'm not sure what happened here, or which dates you were looking at for this to come up.
