I can see that your goods were attempted 3 days after the intended delivery schedule due to a courier fault, I must apologise we were unable to meet your requirements on this occassion. As we work with delivery deadlines for parties on a day to day basis it is a rare occassion that our couriers do not perform to our expectations.
