Good service but I didn't receive my parcel due to royal mail delivering it to the wrong address. I would like a refund as I don't have the product

I have looked into this and can see that we did dispatch this on time, however the delay was with Royal Mail and unfortunately these delays are outside of our control. I have searched our email system and I have not seen any emails from you - is it possible that you replied to your order confirmation or dispatch email, we do advise that these are no reply inboxes so responses will not get seen.
