My costume still hasn’t turned up a week later than expected. I couldn’t wear the costume for the party job I had booked it for. Won’t be using again.

Very disappointed that my delivery went missing... when I called to try and get a replacement I was told I should have called sooner to allow time for the 3rd party manufacturer to make and send it!!...
