Disappointing experience
No confirmation email received when purchase was made. Only received a dispatch email a few days later which was a relief as I had no idea if the order had even been received.

Service was very poor. I ordered a Joker Cane and it arrived damaged ,not wrapped in bubble wrap. See attach photo please. Paid €24:54 for it, would be possible for a new one to be send out as soon...
