I can see that this was shipped out on time (24th Feb) via our carriers (DX Freight) for a next working day delivery. Looking at the manifest history, I can see that this didn't arrive at your local depot, DX Freight carried out a deck search and this was reported as lost in transit. We then shipped out a free of charge replacement to you. On behalf our carries, please accept my apologies for the delay.
