We are sorry to hear about your noisy neighbours, this area is usually pretty quiet and it has never been a problem before, it seems you were just unlucky on this occasion. Thank you for your feedback. we are delighted to hear you loved the villa and its gardens and found the facilities to be to your liking. Having a pool in the garden can sometimes mean dirt can get into the pool as people get in and out. The pool filtration system is built to deal with this and clean the pool out. A pool technician also attends during your stay to clean the pool. Some people do quite like having the grass there rather than tiles, we will mention this to the owner though. The property representative is looking into the sun loungers and more will be bought to rectify any issues. We look forward to being of assistance in the future.
