We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

thanks for your feedback. I am truly sorry you didn't receive your order in time, as I can see you did indeed pay extra for Express Shipping, however for some reason they were sent regular post. This is our fault, and we are more than happy to refund you the shipping cost, and someone will contact you regarding this. Best Regards, The Paddy Pallin team

I'm a little confused as your receipt and invoice both show 6" sport boxer!. We do not stock the 3" boxer, and as far as I know never have. If you were indeed sent 3", you can return them and we will send you out the 6" ones. I will be emailing you our reply paid details. Best Regards, The Paddy Pallin team
