I am sorry you were unsatisfied with your shopping experience, with store pick up's we do ask to allow a few days before you come in as sometime the chosen store may not have the items ordered in stock and we will need to get it sent in from another one of our PP stores.
The last thing we want to do is to make our customer make an unnecessary trip into a store if the item is not ready to be picked up.
Once an item arrives to the selected store we email you right away to inform you that your order is here and ready for collection.
