the product does not arrive, i am still waiting that pass 28 days for you to claim to royal mail of england

Thank you for your feedback. Your order was shipped to Spain using the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service and I am sorry to hear it has not arrived. We have been in regular contact with you about this order and have supplied a tracking number for your delivery. We have to wait a number of days before we can make a compensation claim for non-delivery with Royal Mail after which we will contact you again with additional options.
