Please find that currently, you are only able to log into your account using biometrics, this is because we find this the safest way for our customers to access their accounts. I can see that you have previously informed us that your fingeprint sensor doesn't work on your phone, please find that you can use an iPad or a tablet instead of your mobile to register for your Online Banking.
